Foreign patients
Our patients who need complex, competent and high-quality services and treatments have solutions available to them, wherever they may come from. Thus, patients from outside the locality or the country can have a virtual consultation with a doctor based on X-rays, CT scans or diagnostic photographs sent in advance. In this way, the severity, complexity and urgency of your case can be assessed in order to determine the frequency and approximate duration of the necessary visits. Nevertheless, this type of interaction cannot replace a real consultation in which the doctor can precisely and correctly identify your dental status and establish a diagnosis. This stage is important in order to draw up a treatment plan that is as efficient and personalised as possible according to your needs, which is why the initial examination is essential. Your time and effort are always taken into account, and we offer efficiency and availability without compromising the quality of the medical services we provide. Thus, we can schedule longer and more frequent sessions in order to reduce your travel or your stay in the locality; however, the quality of the treatments will take priority in order to ensure your long-term oral health.
The initial consultation, where a thorough examination of your case is carried out, involves:
- Medical history;
- General dental examination;
- Radiological examination and other paraclinical examinations;
- Taking intra/extra-oral photographs;
- Establishing the diagnosis;
- Drawing up a treatment plan, informing the patient about the estimated costs of the various medical procedures;
- Informing the patient on the basis of the final conclusions regarding the treatment and explaining the entire medical process.
We ensure the most efficient communication possible by answering your questions and queries through our reception staff and our doctors.
If you benefit from health insurance recognised in the EEA, we can provide you with the treatment plan (using standardised forms at European level) so that you can obtain reimbursement of the costs related to the treatment carried out.
Also, if you live in a country that has such procedures, you can include the invoices received in your annual tax deduction file.
